Project Context
The product brings health guidance, doctor discovery, and appointment booking into one mobile journey. As product designer, I defined the core flow, information hierarchy, and key interaction patterns.
Design Response
I replaced the fragmented journey with a guided conversational flow and carried user context into doctor recommendations. Plain language, progressive disclosure, and clear actions reduce cognitive load.
UX Challenge
Finding care required users to switch between symptom tools, specialist search, doctor profiles, and scheduling. That fragmentation increased cognitive load and made the next step difficult to judge.
Outcome
The final concept creates one coherent path from concern to care. Users can understand their position, evaluate a relevant professional, and book an appointment without restarting the journey.
